We are entering the home stretch on our Awana year and kids are still joining!!! Why? Because Awana is a BLAST! Clubbers are required to bring visitors in order to finish their book. Many of our visitors are joining because after their first taste, they love Awana!
Our evening is split into three sections. Handbook time allows clubbers to recite Bible verses they have memorized to their leader. Game time explodes with energy as kids work as a team to win. Council time challenges clubbers to follow Christ in their daily lives. Awana is jammed packed with activity from start to finish.
March starts with our missionary focus on the summer missions trip that several of our leaders will be taking to Romania. EVERY clubber knows these leaders and we want to be a part of their ministry in Romania. We are challenging clubbers to bring in sealed bottles of over-the-counter pain relievers to donate to the ministry in Romania. We will hear more about this dynamic ministry on March 3rd.
We have several dress-up nights in March. Get ready for wet weather on Raingear Night, March 10th. Wear your western duds and grab your pardner and join us on Western Night on March 17th. Bring your camping gear and backpacks to trek outdoors with us on March 24th for the Great Outdoors Night. You won’t want to miss the adventure!
Keep memorizing verses, Clubbers! Our goal is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him.
