Strategic Planning Expectations

  2. Build on BRBC’s strengths and minimize our weaknesses.
  3. Facilitate congregational communication and build trust.
  4. Understand and implement spiritually healthy, Christ honoring change.
  5. Enhance church unity.
  6. Discover and articulate BRBC’s core values.
  7. Develop and communicate a clear, God-given mission.
  8. Develop and articulate an inspiring, compelling vision.
  9. Identify, understand, and reach out to Purcellville and Loudoun County.
  10. Develop a clear disciple making pathway or process for the entire church.
  11. Assess and build a strong staff-team.
  12. Learn how to mobilize our congregation for ministry.
