Faith and Action
Blue Ridge is a non-denominational evangelical church. Be sure to read our Mission, Vision, and Values as well as our Statement of Faith. Our Statement of Faith is meant to unify and bring clarity to some of our core beliefs. Our Mission, Vision, and Values are meant to help guide us in the unique calling that God has for our local church and how we fit into His larger mission in this world.

What to Expect
You can expect to find a real community. You can expect to find authentic worship and preaching that seeks to exalt Christ and His Word, the Bible. You’ll find a diversity of people unified in what God has done for them. You’ll find a worship style that features a blend of modern songs as well as some of the timeless hymns of the faith. After church on Sundays, you’ll find many people staying after to talk and catch up. We hope that we can expect to see you!
Missions
It has been said that a church’s sending capacity is a better measurement tool for maturity than its seating capacity. We agree with that statement, and it is our goal to send people into the world – both the world in which they live and the world at large. We seek to impact our surrounding communities with outreach and evangelism, desiring to build relationships with pre-Christians so that we can assist them as they come to know Christ.

For Your Kids
Children and family are very important to our church. One of our strongest desires is to teach the next generation about what God has done for mankind through the gospel of Christ. On Sunday mornings your kids will enjoy classes for all ages between our two worship services. During the worship services, we offer childcare for kindergarten ages and younger. We also have a tremendously popular Awana program Sunday afternoons as well as Jr. and Sr. High Youth Groups on Wednesday evenings. Your kids will enjoy themselves as they learn to know God better.
Sunday Classes
We provide classes for children of all ages on Sunday mornings. Your children will enjoy learning truths about God from teachers who are passionate about sharing the love of Christ with them in a fun and engaging environment.

Children’s Choir
The Children’s Choir at Blue Ridge Bible Church is a dynamic way for children to praise and worship God through music. With multiple performance opportunities throughout the school year–including specials in the worship service, musical dramas, and performances at outreach events–children are able to take an active part in the ministries and outreach of the church.
AWANA
Each week almost 200 kids meet to play crazy and fun games, laugh together, and learn the Bible in a safe and friendly environment. AWANA currently meets on Sunday afternoons, from 4-5:30 p.m. Each meeting consists of a lesson and Bible study for each age level, a combined devotional time with all age groups, and then competitive games.
Youth Group
The Blue Ridge Youth Group meets every Wednesday night at the church at 7pm for games, worship, teaching and study, and fellowship. Senior High is 9-12 grades and Junior High is 7-8 grades.

World Missions
Globally, we pour resources, time, energy, personnel, and money into world evangelism. We have sent several families from our church into full-time mission work, and our stated goal is for 10% of our adult attendance each year to go on a foreign mission trip.
We currently have several missionaries that we support through prayer and finances around the world. We encourage you to follow how God is using them in their work.
Local Missions
We aspire to be a church that actively evangelizes the lost in obedience to Christ’s command, and in gratitude for God’s gracious love and forgiveness of sins through Christ’s death and resurrection. (II Corinthians 5:18-21) Therefore, we will go into our communities as humble representatives of Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit, loving others by sharing the hope we have in Him.
